ANSWER:
A fire that occurred in cooking oil, animal fat or grease, etc. is called Class K Fire or Kitchen Fire.
This fire mostly occurred in kitchen, cooking center, restaurant etc. where food is cooked.
Although this fire also occurred in flammable liquids but it consider in Class K not in Class B.
Why?
The reason is that the flammable liquids which include in Class K fire are required very high temperature to burn.
Whereas, the flammable liquids which include in Class B Fire are required a very minor ignition point to burn. Therefore the class B and K fire are consider separate ranking and the extinguishing agents are also separate for both class.
