Responsibilities
- Assist & monitor all HR services on the ground across respective function, supporting the business in all HR initiatives
- Communicate and implement nationwide special projects initiated by the HR department
- Provide input on workforce and succession planning as well as plan business unit restructuring
- Work closely with respective Business Head to understand their requirements and ensure adherence to organizational policies by the HR team
- Develop and nurture partnerships through human resources to bridge the divide between management and employees
- Support, implement & align HR initiatives with organizational objectives across the board
- Maintain awareness of the culture, plans, financial position, and competition of the assigned business unit under the HR purview
- Review and recommend improvement of the organization's policies, procedures and practices
- Communicate changes in the organization's policies and procedures and ensure proper compliance
- Monitor & implement HR processes to ensure maximum efficiency
- Work closely with Business in the annual appraisal review and the preparation and administration of the organization's HR strategy
- Find ways to build morale, improve workplace relationships, boost productivity and retention
- Assist in the development of departmental goals & objectives
- Ensure regulatory compliance with legal requirements pertinent to the day-to-day management of employees; collaborate with the HR Legal Coordination wing when necessary
- Facilitate & administer the annual review and performance appraisal cycle
- Oversee employee data analysis to stay abreast and create a better working environment and culture
- Keep tabs on grievances across their respective business and implement disciplinary procedures in liaison with Employee Relations Division according to Bank policies & procedures
- Ensure compliance of all statutory requirements
- Govern TAT (turnaround time) for all employee facilitation activities across their respective business
- Periodic visits at Station / Branches level for the visibility & accessibility of HR Department and creating awareness/ Branches level for the visibility & accessibility of Human Resource Department and creating awareness
Education:
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable HEC recognized University / Institution
- Master’s degree in Human Resource would be preferred
Requirements:
- The Candidate must have a minimum 6 years’ experience either in Human Resources or Banking, out of which 3 years must be in managerial position.
- Demonstrated success in all Human Resource & functional areas within a dynamic environment. Must be hands-on and capable of planning, development and executing Human Resource projects
- Well-developed relationship management skills, including credibility and influencing skills
- Detail-oriented and committed to a high degree of accuracy
- Relationship and Stakeholder Management
- Good understanding of business and financial acumen

- Leadership Skills / Coaching & Mentoring
