Warehouse Manager

Implement Warehouse and logistics strategies that are aligned with the business objectives.
Establish processes, polices and operational targets to meet customer and trade compliance requirements.
Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics.
Monitor logistic and warehousing cost, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions, where required.
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by complying with legal regulations and company policies & procedures
Responsible for Warehouse stock for all the company warehouses based in Pakistan.
Work closely with the customers to understand requirements and resolve queries.
Train and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals.

Master’s degree in Business Administration. Majors in Supply Chain will be preferable.
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing Warehouse and logistics in MNC or large organization in the relevant sector.
Have strong leadership and persuasive skills.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in English and Urdu language is a must.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to coach & manage team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Have experience in SAP module.
