Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, CCTV, networks, printers, pabx and scanners
• Provide PABX extension connectivity to end users.
• Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
• Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
• Setting up accounts for new users
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT helpdesk tickets on daily basis
• Create and update ITIL documents
• Perform data backup
• Documentation skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Education:

• BS Computer Science or relevant field
• Having 1 - 2 years experience in relevant field
